Accessing the Coupons Tab

To view and manage coupons in your Swag Store, navigate to the Coupons tab within the Swag Store management section.

1. Select the Coupons tab: Click on the Coupons tab, which is highlighted in red. This will display a list of all active and inactive coupons associated with your store.

2. Coupon Details: In the Coupons section, you’ll see essential information for each coupon, including:

• Coupon Code: The unique code customers can use for discounts or offers.
• Coupon Type: Identifies whether the coupon is a single-use or bulk code.
• Email Address: The email associated with the coupon, if applicable.
• Amount: The value of the discount or reward that the coupon offers.
• Expiry Date: The date when the coupon will expire.
• Validity: Shows whether the coupon is active, expired, or has other statuses.

3. Actions: Each coupon entry has options to Delete or manage further through the three-dot menu. Deleting a coupon removes it from the system.

This tab provides an organised view of all coupons, making it easy to track, update, or manage discounts and promotions within your Swag Store.

Deleting a Coupon

If you need to remove a coupon from your Swag Store, follow these steps:

1. Click Delete: In the Coupons tab, locate the coupon you wish to delete. Click on the Delete button next to the coupon entry.

2. Confirmation Prompt: A confirmation window will appear, asking, “Are you sure?” This prompt ensures that you intend to delete the coupon permanently.

3. Confirm Deletion: Click Yes to delete the coupon permanently from the system. If you decide not to proceed, click Cancel to keep the coupon active.

Deleting a coupon is irreversible, so you want to remove it before confirming. This process helps maintain an organised and up-to-date list of available coupons in your Swag Store.

Starting the Coupon Creation Process

Access the Coupons tab to create a new coupon in your Swag Store.

1. Click on the Coupons Button: In the top-right corner of the Coupons tab, click the + Coupons button (highlighted in red). This will open the coupon creation form where you can set up details for the new coupon.

This action takes you to the setup interface, where you can specify the coupon type, value, expiration date, and any other relevant details.

Configuring Coupon Details

In the Create Coupon window, you can set up the specifics of your new coupon.

1. Select Type: Choose between:

• Single Coupon: Creates a unique code for individual use.
• Bulk Coupon: Creates a coupon that can be used multiple times by different users.

Creating a Single Coupon

1. Coupon Code: Enter a custom coupon code or click Auto Generate to automatically create a unique code (up to 40 characters).
2. Amount: Specify the discount or reward amount that the coupon will provide.
3. Expiry Date: Set the coupon’s expiry date to limit its validity period.
4. Open Coupon (Optional): Toggle this option if you want the coupon to be available to all store users. If disabled, you can restrict the coupon to specific users.
5. Partial Payment (Optional): Enable partial payment if you wish to allow partial discounts on payments.
6. Select Users (Optional): If you want the coupon to be restricted, select specific users or click Add new user to assign the coupon.
7. Create Coupon: Once all fields are set, click Create coupon to finalise and add the coupon to your store.

This setup ensures that your coupon is tailored to your promotional needs and user preferences.

Creating Bulk Coupon

If you want to create multiple coupons at once, use the Bulk Coupon option.

1. Select Bulk Coupon: In the Create Coupon window, select Bulk Coupon under the Select Type section.
2. Specify Amount and Quantity:
   • Amount: Enter the value of each coupon.
   • No. of Coupons: Specify the number of coupons you want to generate in bulk.
3. Generate Bulk Coupons: Once you’ve set the amount and quantity, click Create Coupon. The system will automatically generate the specified number of unique coupon codes.

Bulk coupons benefit large-scale promotions, allowing each store user to redeem a one-time coupon.
