ToggleSwag Store Management
To manage your Swag Store, navigate to the Swag Store section.
1. Locate the Store to Manage: The Swag Store dashboard shows a list of all your active and inactive stores. Each store has options for quick actions and management.
2. Manage Button: Identify the store you want to manage and click the Manage button (highlighted in red). This button provides access to various settings and controls for that store.

Selecting Manage will open additional options, allowing you to configure store details, view analytics, update products, and perform other administrative tasks for that particular store.
Managing Orders, Coupons, Users, Products, and Payouts
Within the Swag Store Management view, you can access various management tabs for orders, coupons, users, products, and payouts.
1. Orders Tab: The Orders tab, highlighted by default, provides a detailed list of recent orders. Each entry includes:
- Order Number: Unique identifier for each order.
- Name and Email Address: Customer details for easy reference.
- Order Date and Status: This field indicates when the order was placed and its current status (e.g., Draft, Void).
- Actions: Click View to examine the order more closely, or use the three-dot menu for additional options.
2. Coupons, Users, Products, and Payouts Tabs:
- Coupons: Manage discount codes or promotional offers available in your Swag Store.
- Users: View and manage users with access to your Swag Store.
- Products: Access a list of products in your store and make updates or adjustments.
- Payouts: Track and manage payouts associated with store sales.

This interface provides a comprehensive set of tools for managing each aspect of your Swag Store, ensuring smooth operations and streamlined access to important data.
Syncing Your Swag Store
The Sync Store function keeps your store up-to-date by synchronizing product images, details, and inventory with BlinkSwag’s servers.
1. Locate the Sync Icon: In the Swag Store Management view, find the Sync Store icon (highlighted in red). It looks like a circular arrow positioned next to the store’s active status indicator.
2. Initiate Sync: Click the Sync Store icon to begin the synchronization process. This will update product images, descriptions, prices, and other relevant details to match the latest information on BlinkSwag’s servers.
3. Benefits of Syncing: Regularly syncing your store ensures that customers see the most accurate and current product information, preventing inventory or product details discrepancies.

This feature is especially useful if you frequently update products or if BlinkSwag makes adjustments that you want to be reflected in your store immediately.
Viewing Store Analytics
To monitor the performance of your Swag Store, you can access the Store Analytics feature.
1. Find the Analytics icon in the Swag Store Management view (highlighted in red). This icon resembles a bar chart and is positioned next to the Sync Store icon.

2. Open Analytics: Click the Analytics icon to open detailed insights into your store’s performance. Once you open the Analytics panel, you’ll see an overview of key performance metrics for your Swag Store.
3. Analytics Metrics: The main metrics displayed in the Analytics panel include:
- Total Items shows the number of items listed in the store and indicates how many new items were added within the selected timeframe (e.g., “25 new this month”).
- Items Shipped: Reflects the quantity of items shipped during the specified period.
- Total Order Value: Displays the total revenue generated from orders. A small green indicator shows the change in value, if applicable, from the previous period.
- Completed Orders: Indicates the count of orders that have been completed.
4. Time Period Selection: Use the dropdown menu (e.g., “This month”) in the top-right corner to filter the analytics data by different periods, such as weekly, monthly, or custom ranges.
5. Insight Use: These insights help you track your store’s performance, including sales growth, shipping activity, and new product additions. They’re a valuable tool for evaluating the success of your Swag Store over time.

6. Benefit of Analytics: By reviewing these metrics, you can identify trends, optimize product offerings, and make data-driven decisions to improve your store’s success.
