Manage Draft Campaigns

To manage draft campaigns follow these simple steps:

1. Review Campaign Details
On the draft campaign page, you’ll see your campaign’s title and image, along with its current Draft status. This allows you to review the campaign information before making it live.

2. Edit Campaign
If you need to adjust the campaign content, click Edit campaign to change details like the title, description, or image associated with the campaign.

3. Publish the Campaign
Once you’re ready for the campaign to go live, click the Publish button located at the top right. Publishing will make the campaign active, allowing you to share links or assign rewards to recipients.

4. Check Campaign Data
Since this campaign is still in draft, no data is available in the campaign link table below. Once published, this section will display information on campaign links, email addresses, fund status, limits, and actions for each recipient.

Edit Campaign

1. Locate the Campaign: From the sidebar, go to the Campaigns section, find, and select the campaign you want to edit.

2. Click on “Edit Campaign”: On the campaign details page, locate the Edit campaign option below the campaign’s title. Click on it to access the editing interface, as highlighted in the red box in the image.

3. Modify Campaign Details: You can update various fields within the editing interface, including:

  • Title: Change the campaign name as needed.
  • Description: Update the campaign description to match your current objectives.
  • Image: Upload a new image if you wish to refresh the campaign visuals.

4. Save the Changes: After making the required modifications, click Save to apply and store the updates to the campaign.

5. Verify Changes: Once saved, review the campaign to ensure that all edits are accurately reflected in the campaign’s overview.

Create a New Campaign – Campaign Details

1. Fill Out Campaign Details
In the Campaign Details tab, as highlighted in the red box in the image:

  • Upload your brand logo: Click Upload to add your brand’s logo. The recommended size is 200×60 px in formats like .png, .jpg, .svg, or .webp, with a maximum file size of 1 MB.
  • Campaign Name: Enter a unique and descriptive name for the campaign. This is a required field.
  • Company Name: This will auto-fill based on your account but can be edited if needed.

2. Proceed to the Next Step
After filling out the required fields, click the Next button to continue to the following setup stages.

3. Save as Draft (Optional)
If you need to pause and continue later, you can select Save as Draft at the top right of the screen.

Select Products for Your Campaign

1. Navigate to the Products Tab
Once you’ve completed the Campaign Details section, you’ll be directed to the Products tab, as shown in the highlighted navigation at the top of the page.

2. Add Products to Your Campaign
To include items in your campaign, click on the Add Products button on the right side of the screen.

3. Manage Selected Products
After adding products, they will appear in the list below. You can remove any product by clicking the “X” icon in the Action column next to the product name.

4. Proceed to the Next Step
Once you’ve finalized your product selection, click Next at the top right to move on to the Design Redeem Page.

5. Save as Draft (Optional)
If you need to pause and continue later, select Save as Draft at the top right.

Customizing Redeem Page for Your Campaign

1. Navigate to the Design Redeem Page Tab: After selecting your products, click on the Design Redeem Page tab at the top to start customizing the campaign’s redemption page.

2. Customize the Page Layout and Content
Here, you can tailor the look and feel of the page where users will redeem their rewards:

  • Headline and Text: Edit the main title and description to align with your campaign’s branding and message.
  • Image: Click on the Change button over the main image to upload or choose an image that represents your campaign.

3. Preview Your Design
To ensure your design looks good across all devices, use the preview icons at the top to view how the page will appear on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

4. Save and Proceed
Once satisfied with your design:

  • Click Save as draft if you want to continue editing later.
  • Click Publish if you’re ready to make the campaign live.

Quick Edit Campaign Redeem Page Content

1. Access Quick Edit for Heading
On the Design Redeem Page tab, locate the Quick Edit button next to the main heading section. This allows you to easily modify the heading text to reflect your campaign’s unique message.

2. Edit Text

  • Click Quick Edit to enter editing mode for the main heading.
  • Update the text as needed to capture your campaign’s tone and branding.

1. Access Quick Edit Options: In the Design Redeem Page, under the heading section, click on Quick Edit to open customization options for the heading.

2. Adjust Heading Style: Use the Heading Style dropdown to select the preferred size and weight for the heading text. For example, choose Heading 1 (64px) for a bold and large heading or other sizes for different emphasis.

3. Edit Heading Text: Update the Heading Text field as needed. This can help align the message with the campaign’s theme and brand tone.

4. Change Color: Use the Color option to select a color for the heading text. You can enter a specific hex code or select from a color palette to ensure consistency with your brand colors.

1. Initiate Image Change: In the Design Redeem Page section, locate the image area on the right side of the heading. Click on the Change button overlaid on the image to open the image upload options.

2. Upload a New Image: In the Change Image panel, click on the upload area to select an image from your computer. Make sure the image follows the recommended size of 1000×1000 px (1:1 aspect ratio) for optimal display.

3. Apply the New Image: Once uploaded, click Apply to replace the existing image. You may also use Reset Changes if you decide to keep the previous image.

Remove a Product from the Campaign

1. Locate the Product to Remove: In the Design Redeem Page, under the Choose Products section, find the product you want to remove. Each product is displayed with its image, name, and price.

2. Select the Delete Icon:

  • Hover over the product card until you see a trash bin icon in the center.
  • Click the trash bin icon to initiate the removal of this product from the campaign.

3. Confirm the Removal

  • The product will be removed from the displayed list.
  • You can continue editing other items or save your changes by clicking Save as draft or Publish to finalize.

4. Save Changes: Click Save as draft to save the updated image for review, or Publish if you’re ready to make it live.

After completing the setup for your campaign’s redemption page, you will see a confirmation screen.

2. Next Actions

  • Manage Campaign: Click this button to return to the campaign dashboard, where you can further manage or edit your campaign settings.
  • Generate Link: Select this option to create a shareable link for your campaign. This link can be distributed to participants, allowing them to access the redemption page and claim their rewards.
