The Payouts Tab in the Swag Store

The Payouts Tab within the Swag Store provides an overview of all payout transactions related to customer orders. This tab helps track the financial transactions and manage payout statuses for different orders in your store.

1. Order #:
   • This column lists the order numbers associated with each payout. Each order number is a unique identifier for tracking purposes.
2. Customer Name:
   • This field shows the name of the customer associated with the payout. It helps in identifying who placed the order tied to a specific payout.
3. Date:
   • This column displays the date when the payout was initiated or processed, allowing you to track the timing of each transaction.
4. Payout Amount:
   • Here, you can see the exact amount that was disbursed for each payout, providing a clear view of the financial flow.
5. Status:
   • The status column indicates the current status of each payout. Possible statuses include:
     • Paid: The payout has been successfully completed.
     • Processing: The payout is currently in progress.
     • Declined: The payout was not successful.
   • For each payout, a View button allows further details or actions on the specific transaction.

Viewing Payout Details

You can view detailed information about each payout transaction in the Swag Store’s Payouts tab.

Steps to View Payout Details

1. Locate the Payout: Browse the list to find the payout entry you are interested in. Each entry lists details like the order number, customer name, date, payout amount, and status.
2. Click on “View”: In the Status column, each payout has a “View” button next to it. Click this button to open and inspect additional information about the selected payout.

Payout Order Details

The Payout Order Details page provides an in-depth view of a specific order associated with a payout in the Swag Store.

Information Available on the Payout Order Details Page

1. Product Information:
   • Shows details of the product, including an image, product name, description, and specifications.
   • Quantity, Rate per unit, and Total Amount for the specific product are displayed in a table.
2. Order Overview:
   • Includes the Order number and Order date.
   • Lists any Service charges associated with the order, such as:
     • Picking Fee
     • Fulfillment Fee
     • Shipping Cost (if any)
   • The total amount of the order.
3. Shipping Information:
   • Displays the Shipping Address where the product is to be delivered.
4. Order Status:
   • Shows the current status of the order, including:
     • Order status (e.g., Paid, Unpaid, or Draft)
     • Invoice status (e.g., Invoiced or Not invoiced)
     • Payment status (e.g., Paid or Unpaid)
     • Shipment status (if shipped or pending)
