Shipments
The Shipments tab in the transaction module of the BlinkSwag platform provides a comprehensive view of all shipped items, allowing users to track their deliveries efficiently. This functionality is crucial for maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

1. Shipment List:
- PKG #: A unique identifier for each package, making it easy to reference and track.
- Order #: The corresponding order number linked to the shipment, allowing users to connect shipments with specific orders.
- Tracking Number: The number provided by the carrier to track the shipment’s progress. Users can click on this number to see real-time updates on their shipment’s status.
- Recipient Name: The name of the individual or entity receiving the shipment helps verify delivery details.
- Date: The date the shipment was created or scheduled for shipping, providing context for the shipping timeline.
- Carrier: The shipping company handling the delivery (e.g., FedEx, UPS) is important for understanding shipping methods and expected delivery times.
- Status: Displays the current state of the shipment (e.g., Shipped, In Transit, Delivered), offering users a quick overview of where their shipments stand.
2. View Option:
- Each shipment row typically has an option to view more detailed information. This can include specifics about the items shipped, shipping fees, and delivery instructions.
Shipments in BlinkSwag: Detailed View
The detailed shipment view in BlinkSwag provides users with essential information regarding a specific package, facilitating efficient tracking and management of shipped items.

Product Information:
- Image: A visual representation of the shipped item, allowing recipients to identify the product quickly.
- Product Name: The product’s name, e.g., “Club Wireless On-Ear Headphones – (Black).”
- Description: A brief description of the item, highlighting its key features and selling points (e.g., material, design, functionality).
- Quantity: Indicates how many items are included in the shipment, which is critical for inventory management and order verification.
Package Overview:
- Date: The date when the package was shipped, providing a timeline for tracking.
- Carrier: The shipping company responsible for the delivery (e.g., FedEx, UPS) is important for assessing shipping reliability and speed.
- Tracking Number: The carrier assigns a unique number to track the shipment’s status. Users can enter this number on the carrier’s website to see real-time updates on the shipment.
- Status: The current status of the shipment, such as “Delivered,” “In Transit,” or “Returned.” This informs users of the package’s progress and final delivery.
- Shipping Address: The recipient’s address, which includes the company name, street address, city, state, and contact number. This is crucial for ensuring the package is delivered to the correct location.
