What is the ordering process?

To place an order, visit our Product page, select the swag items of your choice, and submit a Request for Quote (RFQ). Upload your company logos, and our design team will craft mockups. We create custom designs within 24 hours, and you'll receive an email notification to view and approve your designs. Once you approve the mockups, we'll proceed with your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! We are capable of shipping your Swag worldwide. Rates would differ based on the size and weight of the package. A Swag Agent is available to assist you in finding the most effective method to deliver your Swag globally.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Not for all items. Many of our products have a one-piece minimum order requirement!

Who designs the Swag products?

Our talented Swag Agents and design team brainstorm new ideas and create mockups for each project. Whether you have your logo ready, need help with designs, or just need some inspiration, we are here to assist!

How long will it take to receive my Swag?

We estimate that new orders will be ready to ship within 5-7 business days. However, some items may require up to 10-15 business days.

What is the Swag Dashboard?

The Swag Dashboard is your command center for all things Swag. Use it to manage your swag logistics, from tracking inventory to shipping swag.

Is there a charge for the Swag Dashboard?

No, the Swag Dashboard is completely free. We only charge for Swag and Storage.
