Manage Active Campaigns

To manage active campaigns, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access Campaign Details
    In theCampaigns module, select the active campaign you wish to manage. Here, the “Check out our new reward link” campaign is shown. This screen provides an overview of all participants, their emails, and their status within the campaign.
  2. Manage Individual Links
    Under the “Campaign Link” column, you’ll see individual reward links generated for each participant. This allows you to track each recipient’s engagement with the campaign.
  3. Monitor Campaign Status and Actions
    • The Consumed column shows whether each participant has used the allocated funds (e.g., “Funds Pending” or “Funds Consumed”).
    • The Limit column displays the budget assigned to each participant.
    • The Status column indicates whether the link is active or inactive, helping you quickly identify engaged participants.
  4. Toggle Participation
    Use the toggle switch under Action to activate or deactivate a participant’s link as needed.
  5. Resend Links
    If a participant needs the reward link to resend, click Resend next to their entry.

  1. Locate the Participant: In the campaign management page, find the participant for whom you need to resend the reward link. This screen shows all participants, including their current status, budget limit, and other details.
  2. Click Resend
    To resend a reward link, click the Resend button located under the Action column next to the participant’s entry. This option is useful if the participant hasn’t received or misplaced their initial link.
  3. Confirmation
    After clicking Resend, the system will prompt a confirmation or automatically resend the link to the participant’s email. This ensures they can access their reward link again without issues.

Confirm Resend of Campaign Link

  1. Resend Confirmation: A confirmation popup will appear after clicking on Resend in the previous step. This popup notifies you that the campaign link has been successfully resent to the selected recipient.
  2. Confirm Action: Click the Resend link to finalize the action. This ensures the participant receives the updated campaign link via email with the correct details.
  3. Cancel Option: To cancel the resend action, click Cancel to close the popup without resending.
