How to Resend Coupons

1. Navigate to the Reward Store: Log in to your BlinkSwag account and go to the Reward Store section from the dashboard.

2. Access the Coupons Tab: Click on the Coupons tab to view all your coupons, including the total number of coupons issued and their status.

3. Select the Coupon to Resend: Identify the recipient you want to resend the coupon. You will see their name, email address, coupon code, points value, and transaction type (credit or debit).

3. Select Message: If you wish to use the template without editing, click Select Message to apply it to the email.

To customize the default email template, navigate to the Reward Store dashboard.

1. Customize Store: In the top-right corner, click on the red-highlighted “Customize store” button. This button will open a set of customization options, including settings for the Reward Store’s appearance and default email template.

This will take you to a screen where you can further personalize the email template sent to recipients when they receive rewards.

After selecting Customize store from the previous screen, it will take you to a customization menu.

2. Customize Your Default Email: Click on the Customize your default email option, which is highlighted in red. This will open the email template editor, where you can modify the content and appearance of the emails sent from your Reward Store.

This option allows you to set a personalized email style that aligns with your brand, making each communication more recognizable and consistent.

Step 2: Customizing the Email Content

This screen allows you to personalize the content of your default email template, which is sent to reward recipients.

1. Subject Line: In the Subject field, enter the subject line for your email. This is the first thing recipients will see, so make it engaging and relevant.

2. Email Greeting: Fill in the Email greeting field with a welcoming message. This message will appear at the top of the email body and help set the tone for the reward communication.

• You could choose to write on your own.
• Re-write the message with AI’s help by clicking the Rewrite with AI button.
• Choose pre-written content from Message Templates.

Step 3: Message Templates:

If you need quick and compelling text, you can select Message templates, which provide pre-written content to streamline the process.

1. Template Categories: On the left side, you’ll find various categories, including Birthday, Motivational, Thank You, Anniversary, Congratulations, Holiday, and Welcome. Select a category to view the relevant templates, ensuring the tone and content suit the occasion or purpose.

2. Choose a Template: After selecting a category, select one of the template messages on the right. For example, in the Birthday category, you can choose messages like “Celebrate and make memories on your birthday!” or “Wishing you the happiest of birthdays!”

3. Preview the Message: After choosing a template from the list on the left, a preview will appear on the right side, displaying the entire message text. This helps you see the exact wording before applying it.

4. Select Message: Once satisfied with the message content, click the Select Message button. This action will insert the selected template into your default email settings for further customization or immediate use.

5. Adjust if Necessary: After selecting the message, you can still edit it within the main editor, allowing for further personalization to fit the specific occasion or recipient.

3. Gallery Options: The Design your email window offers multiple image sources:

• Gallery: Select images from the provided gallery, which includes themes like “Thank You” and gift images.
• Select from Giphy: Choose an animated GIF for a fun and dynamic touch.
• Select from Unsplash: Access high-quality, royalty-free images to match the tone of your email.

4. Upload Custom Image: If you have a specific image, click the Upload button to add a custom banner (the recommended size is 1920×1080 pixels).

Step 3: Uploading Your Company Logo and Customization

On this screen, you are setting up the branding for your Reward Store by uploading a company logo.

1. Upload Company Logo: Click the Upload button in the highlighted area to add your company logo. The logo should be 200×60 pixels in JPG, PNG, SVG, or WebP format and under 1 MB in size. This logo will represent your brand in the Reward Store, making it recognizable to users.
2. Upload favicon: Next to the logo upload, you can upload a favicon (32×32 pixels) that will appear in browser tabs.
3. Below, you can enter the Store Name and Store Address (URL) to finalize your store’s identity.
4. Choose Marketplace Theme: From the options, select a theme color to align the Reward Store with your brand’s color palette.

Click the Edit Button: Locate and click the Edit button on the right side of the screen above the email preview. This will open the email editor, allowing you to edit the default email for your rewards, including the email banner and personalized messages.

1. Open the Design Your Email Popup: After clicking Edit on the email preview, the Design Your Email popup will appear. This screen allows you to select a banner image for your email.

• Gallery: Browse pre-made images available in BlinkSwag’s gallery.
• Select from Giphy: Add an animated GIF from Giphy for a fun, dynamic look.

3. Upload Your Image: If you have a custom image, click Upload and select an image file from your computer. Ensure it matches the recommended resolution (1920x1080px for best quality).

3. Compose the Email Greeting: Personalize your greeting. You can start with something like “Congratulations!” followed by a brief message about the reward. You have up to 250 characters to convey your message effectively.

4. Message Templates: To streamline the process, click on Message Templates to choose from pre-written options that can save time.

• Choose a Category: You can select from various categories, such as Birthday, Thank You, Motivational, and others. For example, if your reward is for a birthday, you can choose the Birthday category to find relevant templates.
• Select a Template: Browse through the available templates in the chosen category. When you find one that resonates with your message, click on it to preview the content.
• Preview the Template: The preview will display the entire message as it will appear in your email. This helps you gauge whether it fits your needs.

2. Assign Points (Optional): If applicable, you can assign a specific number of points for the reward by entering a value next to the contact’s name.

3. Preview the Email: On the right side, you can see a preview of the reward email that will be sent. Customize it if needed to personalize the message for the recipient.

4. Proceed: Once you’re ready, click the Next button to send the reward to the selected contact.

1. Enable Bulk Recipients: Who is receiving your reward? Section, toggle the Bulk recipients option, as highlighted in the red box. This will allow you to add multiple email addresses.

2. Enter Recipient Emails: In the Recipient email field, enter the email addresses of each recipient, separated by commas. You can add up to 999 email addresses in this field for bulk sending.

3. Set Number of Points: Enter the points you wish to assign to each recipient in the Number of Points field.

This approach is ideal for quickly sending rewards to many recipients without needing to pre-add them to your contact list.

• Phone Number
• Assigned Points

Make necessary edits by clicking the edit icon next to each point value if necessary adjustments are needed.

2. Review the Reward Email Preview: On the right side, confirm the email content sent to recipients, ensuring it conveys the intended message and design.

3. Confirm and Send: Once all details are verified and look good, click the Send a Reward button to complete the process.
